About the Author
Kathy White has spent much of her life traveling the world and devoting energy to social justice struggles, the arts, and academia. She realized her passion for feminism while doing a BA at Cornell; an MA at York enhanced her understanding of social and political thought; and after finally leaving academic study behind, she began to take pleasure in writing. She currently works as an editor in Toronto. Kerry Cathers is an avid lover of history and writing. She obtained her bachelors from the University of Toronto, where she found a particular affection for things medieval and European. She lived in England for a decade, where she obtained her doctorate in medieval history from Reading University. While studying she worked diverse jobs, from a licenser of slaughterers to overseeing the maintenance of civilian facilities in the Falkland Islands. Kerry now lives in Toronto and works as a production editor at an academic press.

Why didn't I get this sooner!?

As a new grad in the ICU I don't know what I would do without this book. This was recommend to me by my critical care guru, and I see why. It has the answer to (almost) every question I have in a compact format I can navigate quickly.
I only wish I had it during my last semester of my BSN program. Would have been really helpful studying for those killer critical care exams!

MUST HAVE!!!

This is one of the BEST books for a beginning CCU RN [like I am]. It has almost everything you can imagine from vent settings to assessment, etc. etc. etc.

Fast shipping, great book, I use this at work and it is small enough to fit in my jacket pocket and the information is accurate and easy to locate! I would recommend this book for experienced nurses and especially for nursing students!
